Vero by VC Solutions

See what your advertising does at each location

Vero is a reporting tool for businesses with more than one location. It puts each location's sales next to the advertising that ran for it, week by week, and answers questions about what changed.

How it works

  1. Connect your sales. An administrator connects the business's point-of-sale system, such as Square. Vero imports daily sales totals and order counts for each location.
  2. Connect your ad accounts. The administrator connects Google Ads and Meta. Vero imports daily campaign reporting: spend, impressions, clicks and, for Google Ads, conversions.
  3. Assign accounts to locations. The administrator says which location each ad account advertises, or marks it as shared across the business.
  4. Read the results. Vero shows spend and sales by location and week, flags data that is missing or out of date, and answers questions in plain language. When the data cannot show that advertising drove a change, Vero says so.

How Vero uses Google Ads data

When an administrator clicks Connect Google Ads, Google asks them to let Vero access their Google Ads accounts. Vero then reads, and only reads, the reporting it needs:

  • the Google Ads accounts the login can reach, with each account's name, ID, currency and time zone
  • each campaign's name, status and type
  • daily cost, impressions, clicks, conversions and conversion value for each campaign

Vero uses this data only to show the business its own Google Ads spend next to its sales in Vero. Vero never creates, edits, pauses or deletes anything in Google Ads. Google has no read-only permission for Google Ads, so the permission screen describes full access, but Vero sends only reporting queries.

The administrator can disconnect Google Ads or delete all imported Google Ads data from the Connections page at any time. Details are in the privacy policy.

Who it is for

Vero is for owners and operators of multi-location businesses, and the marketing teams who work with them. Each business has its own workspace. Its administrators decide what to connect and who can see which locations.

Vero is built and run by VC Solutions, a location-level marketing company in Tampa Bay, Florida.
